Job Summary
Store Associate at ALDI responsible for merchandising and stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. Uses the POS system to process purchases, adheres to cash policies, supports curbside pickup, and helps maintain merchandising and zone standards. Works collaboratively with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service, assists management in achieving operational efficiency and loss goals, and adheres to safety, inventory, and cleaning protocols.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old required

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Ability to operate POS and store equipment
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to lift up to 45 pounds
