Job Summary
Store Associate at ALDI responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a positive customer experience. Responsible for operating the POS system, processing purchases, adhering to cash policies, stocking shelves following merchandising planograms, completing curbside pickup orders, maintaining inventory and loss-prevention standards, and assisting management to achieve efficiency and safety goals. Requires strong customer service, ability to operate store equipment, basic arithmetic, and reliable attendance; minimum age 18; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
