Job Summary
Store Associate at ALDI responsible for merchandising and stocking product, cashiering, and cleaning to maintain an appealing store experience; collaborates with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service; uses POS for customer purchases, adheres to cash policies, opens additional check lanes as needed, stocks shelves per planograms, completes curbside pickup orders, maintains zone and merchandising standards, supports management in achieving operational efficiency and loss goals, and contributes to a safe working environment through proper ergonomics and equipment maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Ability to operate POS and store equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Reliable attendance
