FULL TIME STOCK CLERK

Unload truck shipments and organize them per store procedures, then stock shelves and rotate product to maintain freshness. Meet a 35 case per hour productivity rate while keeping back room areas organized for FIFO operations. Block and face shelving, maintain or build displays and endcaps, and complete warehouse orders. Greet customers to assist with product location and help bag takeout service when needed. Adhere to company policies regarding a work environment free of unlawful harassment or discrimination. This role supports the department manager in exceeding gross profit, shrink, and sales goals while instilling the Renfroe's mission statement.
