FULL TIME STOCK CLERK

Unload and organize truck shipments, stock shelves, and rotate product to ensure freshness while maintaining FIFO procedures in the back room. Block and face shelving, maintain displays and endcaps, and complete warehouse orders. Meet a 35-case-per-hour productivity rate and assist with bagging and takeout service during high traffic. Greet customers to help them find products while adhering to company policies on safety, cleanliness, and a harassment-free environment. This role supports the department manager in exceeding gross profit, shrink, and sales goals, instilling the Renfroe's mission statement across the team.
