Job Summary
Convey a positive impression of HUGO BOSS by delivering an exceptional shopping experience through merchandise presentations that drive operating profits. Compare merchandise invoices to received shipments, receive, open, and issue sales floor items, and stock shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with new or transferred goods. Display merchandise on counters to attract customers, answer questions about product selection, take inventory to identify replenishment needs, and clean display cases and aisles. Assist in implementing Health & Safety policies while complying with occupational safety requirements. Work in a fast-paced environment using POS systems, scanning equipment, and various tools to handle merchandise, ship products, and maintain store standards.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma required or equivalent experience
- 1-2 year of stock experience
- Effective time management skills
- proven ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to handle merchandise, place merchandise, ship and receive product
- Ability to work with retail operating systems
- Ability to handle the PC and scanning equipment
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor and stock rooms for extended period of time in a fast paced environment
- Ability to contribute to an effective and productive team/work environment
