Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities to develop individualized treatment plans and implement therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and neuromuscular re-education. Educate patients and families on self-care strategies while designing strength and conditioning programs tailored for sports performance and injury recovery. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers through regular case discussions to ensure coordinated care for athletes and active individuals. Work onsite within our home care facility Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of a valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Nevada
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience in physical therapy
- Strong emphasis on sports performance and rehabilitation experience
- Superior communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
- Dedication to providing exceptional patient care
- Proactive approach to ensure successful outcomes for each patient
- Current knowledge of physical therapy advancements
- Knowledge of medical terminology
