Job Summary
Conduct thorough evaluations to understand patients' physical capabilities and limitations, then develop and implement tailored treatment strategies utilizing advanced therapeutic modalities. Educate patients and families on treatment options, carry out home exercise programs, and design comprehensive strength and conditioning programs to optimize recovery and performance. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians and nutritionists to ensure coordinated care for athletes ranging from weekend warriors to professional competitors. Maintain evidence-based practices while committing to ongoing professional development through mentorship and advanced training programs. Work onsite Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Required Qualifications
- A valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Nevada
- A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting, with a focus on sports rehabilitation and performance enhancement
