Full Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Provide speech-language pathology services to residents at Allison Pointe Healthcare Center as an in-house team member. Responsibilities include evaluating, screening, and reviewing patient medical charts, developing treatment plans to address communication, swallowing, and cognitive issues; planning and conducting rehabilitative programs; administering and interpreting speech-language tests; instructing residents, families, and caregivers on practice techniques, diet recommendations, and safe-swallowing modifications; attending and leading interdisciplinary meetings to relay clinical findings and support care planning; and the opportunity to provide treatment at multiple locations.
