Full Time SPED Bus Driver (180 Days)

Job Summary
Drive students safely to and from school, field trips, and extracurricular activities, following scheduled routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures. Safely manage student boarding, riding, and exiting; perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in good condition; communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff. Must have a valid SC CDL with passenger and school bus endorsements preferred (free training provided). Will undergo background check and drug screening. Term is 180 days; includes strong compensation package with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Level 113 pay scale.
Required Qualifications
- A valid SC driver’s license (commercial driver’s license with passenger and school bus endorsements preferred, but we offer FREE training!)
- A clean driving record and commitment to safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and the ability to connect with students
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
