Job Summary
Provide friendly, professional service and assistance to guests throughout the gaming floor, including answering questions, assisting with ATM issues, and monitoring for safety hazards. Pay jackpots, process break bills, fill ticket printers, and perform minor repairs or troubleshooting on slot machines and related equipment. Routinely inspect machines to identify potential problems, maintain gaming logs and work tickets in accordance with regulations, and communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations. Follow all applicable gaming policies, attend scheduled meetings, and perform other duties as assigned. Work seven days a week from 7 AM to 11 PM with on-site daycare available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to accurately count and handle money in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic repairs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
- Ability to work effectively with guests and team members in a busy environment
- Dependable, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
