Job Summary
Shopgoodwill Product Specialist works inside the retail store and helps the store management team reach online sales goals by identifying, selecting, and forwarding high-value items to the eCommerce facility. Responsibilities include searching donations for high-value merchandise, processing and organizing products for eCommerce and in-store showcases, completing training to support online sales, maximizing online posting percentage while maintaining a high average ticket, maintaining a clean workspace, and hitting financial goals. Requirements emphasize customer focus, teamwork, strong communication, technical knowledge of G Suite, MS Office, databases, and internet navigation, plus a willingness to learn and apply feedback. Preferred competencies include knowledge of antique/designer products, marketplaces trends, research skills, and collaboration. Physical requirements include lifting 10-50 pounds and endurance for long working hours.
