Job Summary
Join our locally owned Shipping/Boxing/Mail Store as a Shipping and Mail Store Associate, where you'll assist customers with shipping, packing, and mailing needs while managing virtual mailboxes and providing exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates are personable, reliable, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a shipping/mail store, retail, or customer service environment
- Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
Desired Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently with attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency (email, Excel, POS systems)
- Live Scan certification and/or experience with fingerprinting services
- Experience with passport photo and document services a plus
- Knowledge of virtual mailbox management systems (e.g., Anytime Mailbox, iPostal1, Earth Class Mail)
