Deliver personalized, one-on-one care to children with medical complexities, including tracheostomy, ventilator, and g-tube management, in the comfort of their homes. Provide specialized hands-on training support for new staff covering ventilator, trach, and g-tube care while maintaining 24/7 team availability. Work flexible 12-hour or 16-hour shifts across days, nights, and weekends to support kids with medical needs from infancy through young adulthood. Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN
