Job Summary
Deliver personalized, 1:1 care to children with medical complexities, including trach, ventilator, and g-tube management, in the comfort of their homes. Provide specialized, hands-on training support for new staff covering ventilator, trach, and g-tube care while working flexible day and overnight shifts. Assist children with medical needs to thrive at home, school, and within their communities through dedicated one-on-one nursing support.
Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN
- Valid license (implied by RN/LPN requirement)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Ability to work nights
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work Fridays
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Ability to work Sundays
- Ability to work Thursdays
- Ability to work Mondays
