Job Summary
Deliver personalized, 1:1 care to medically complex children at home, including clients with trach, ventilators, and g-tubes. Provide specialized hands-on training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care with 24/7 support from the team. Work flexible 12-hour or 16-hour shifts on days, nights, and weekends across Lakeville, MN. Earn up to $4,000 in sign-on bonuses and additional hourly incentives for night and weekend work. Join Pediatric Home Service since 1990, where pediatric experience is a plus but not required.
Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN license
- Available for 12-hour shifts on Fridays
- Available for 12-hour overnights
- Available for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 12-hour shifts
- Available for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 12-hour overnights
- Available for Saturday 16-hour shifts
- Available for Sunday 12-hour shifts
- Ability to care for a 4-year-old with trach and a g-tube
- Ability to care for an 18-year-old with trach, vent, and a g-tube
- Ability to care for a 9-year-old with a g-tube
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
