Job Summary
Lead the shift for Dutch Bros’ Broistas, ensuring a mind-blowing customer experience by modeling and enforcing the company’s standards and culture. Train new Broistas operationally and culturally, manage the shift, prepare for promotions and specials, and ensure inventory, cleanliness, and policy adherence. Serve as a servant leader on shift, communicate feedback to leadership, and support shop management with daily operations, inventory, and quality assurance tasks. Emphasize exceptional customer service, teamwork, and the Dutch Bros Manifesto while maintaining energy, attitude, and a positive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months of Broista experience preferred
- Food Handler Permit/Certification as required by state/local regulations
- Ability to complete mandatory certificates, training, and knowledge tests
- Schedule availability to work minimum of 32 hours per week with flexible shifts
