Job Summary
Shift Lead for Dutch Bros Coffee in Lawrence, KS, responsible for upholding the shop culture and standards on every shift, leading the crew as a servant leader, training new Broistas, managing inventory and daily operations, ensuring readiness for specials/promotions, and maintaining high customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving. Must model the brand values, supervise shift performance, facilitate onboarding/training, and support the Shop Manager with daily duties and compliance with policies. Required Qualifications
- 6 months of Broista experience at Dutch Bros preferred
- Food Handler Permit/Certification as required by state/local regulations
- Mandatory certificates/training as per company policies
- availability to work minimum 32 hours per week
