Job Summary
Relief Manager for a self-storage facility at Universal Storage Group’s American Store & Lock. Duties include greeting customers, helping them select the right unit size, processing rentals and payments, daily bank deposits, maintaining records and cleanliness, conducting facility walk-throughs, conducting monthly marketing (calls, visits, emails, social media posts, events), assisting customers with U-Haul rentals, and preparing auction units per procedures. Requires ability to lift up to 100 pounds with/without assistance, adaptability to a fast-paced retail environment, and participation in ongoing training; benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k, paid holidays, and bonus potential. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and pass background and drug screening. Full-time role with training program and opportunities for career growth.
