Job Summary
Manage daily operations at Arabi Self Storage Station, greet customers and help determine the best unit size, process rentals and paperwork, perform facility walk-throughs and lock checks, post payments and track past-due accounts, maintain customer records and handle deposits, execute monthly marketing activities (calls, visits, emails, social media, events), maintain merchandise and the facility’s appearance, and assist with auction preparations per lien procedures. Role involves multi-hat responsibilities including sales, customer service, cleaning, marketing, and administrative tasks, with training on sales, operations, and marketing techniques.
