FULL TIME SEAFOOD MANAGER

Develop a department atmosphere focused on creating and exceeding highest customer service, safety, and cleanliness goals. Manage associates to maximize productivity while instilling the Renfroe's mission statement. Communicate company information, encourage sales targets, and acquire acceptable gross profit, shrink, and wage costs. Cut and package seafood items, merchandise the department, and maintain proper temperatures in cases and coolers. Oversee inventory taking, train associates, and ensure all equipment functions according to guidelines. Identify unsafe conditions, notify management of accidents or illegal activity, and report safety risks. Full-time role with physical requirements including lifting 50 pounds, standing, and bending.
