Greet customers and employees professionally while maintaining a clean, organized department atmosphere focused on safety and cleanliness. Process and stock seafood items according to store policy, monitor product temperatures in coolers and freezers, and ensure proper product rotation for freshness. Keep sales areas, backrooms, and utensils sanitized, while reporting any safety risks, theft, or fraud immediately. Assist the department manager in exceeding gross profit, shrink, and sales goals by instilling the Renfroe's mission statement across the team. This role requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
