Full-time Sales Teammate

Full-time Buckle Sales Teammate responsible for greeting guests and delivering legendary guest service, recommending and locating merchandise, and achieving sales goals. Performs sales, merchandising, and operational duties including cashiering, merchandise display and pulls, register procedures, and routine store cleaning. Performs product demonstrations, stays knowledgeable on current promotions and policies, utilizes the Sales Presentation Guide, and supports loss prevention and security practices. Collaborates with team to maintain a clean, shoppable store, participate in recruiting and training, manage visual merchandising, and assist with special orders and exchanges. Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods; emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and adherence to Buckle policies and ethics.
