Full-Time Sales Teammate

Buckle is seeking Sales Teammates who are enthusiastic and enjoy fashion to contribute to retail sales, build relationships with Guests, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions, recommending merchandise, achieving sales goals, managing merchandise displays, and maintaining store organization. Successful candidates will be expected to demonstrate strong communication skills, provide legendary customer service, and develop good Guest relationships. The role involves flexible scheduling, operational tasks, and adherence to company policies.
