Full-time Sales Teammate

The Sales Teammate performs sales, merchandising and operational tasks in a Buckle retail store, including greeting guests, assisting with merchandise selection, conducting checkout and returns, maintaining store presentation, executing loss-prevention practices, and supporting store operations and team initiatives. Responsibilities emphasize delivering legendary guest service, meeting sales goals, maintaining knowledge of promotions and policies, operating the POS, handling cash and exchanges, and contributing to a positive team environment through recruiting, training and development activities. The role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods; on-site store duties and adherence to Buckle’s Code of Ethics and policies; no experience required.
