Full-time Sales Teammate

Full-time Sales Teammate responsible for helping guests, driving sales, and supporting store operations. Duties include greeting Guests, assisting with product selection, demonstrating product knowledge, executing cashiering and register procedures, merchandising and display, customer service, and adhering to store policies and loss-prevention practices. Roles emphasize delivering legendary service, achieving sales-per-hour and loyalty goals, contributing to store-operations tasks, training/relating with teammates, and maintaining a clean, organized, and shoppable store environment. No prior experience required; open to flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, and weekends. The role includes on-site work at Logan, UT with a focus on teamwork, guest relations, and operational excellence to support Buckle’s mission and standards.
