Full-time Sales Teammate

Sales Teammate at Buckle responsible for greeting Guests, providing legendary service, recommending and locating merchandise, and meeting sales goals. Perform merchandising and operational tasks (cashier duties, register procedures, merchandise presentation, and routine store cleaning). Responsibilities also include building guest relationships, maintaining knowledge of policies and promotions, utilizing the Sales Presentation Guide, and supporting recruitment/training; duties extend to visual merchandising, handling freight, price markdowns, and ensuring a clean, shoppable store. Must be flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday store needs. On-site role located in Jonesboro, AR following Buckle’s store operations and Loss Prevention guidelines.
