Full-time Sales Teammate

The Sales Teammate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Guests, including greeting, recommending merchandise, and assisting with purchases. Duties include maintaining product knowledge, achieving sales goals, and ensuring the sales floor is presentable. Teammates are expected to take on merchandising tasks, operate cash registers, and adhere to company policies regarding loss prevention and customer interactions. This role requires flexible scheduling and physical demands such as lifting up to 30lbs.
