Job Summary
Full Time Sales Specialist for ProServices at Lowe's: drive Pro-customer sales by engaging Pro customers, understanding project scope and material needs, creating quotes, blueprints and material lists, coordinating orders and deliveries, promoting Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs, and collaborating with store teams to ensure on-time project completion. Responsibilities include walking the sales floor to prospect Pro customers, leveraging Pro Extended Aisle and Pro Merchandising programs to win sales when in-store inventory is insufficient, and maintaining an organized Pro Desk while supporting store operations. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of sales/customer service experience; ability to obtain required licensure.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- General Studies External experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months of Lowe's retail experience
- 1 year of sales experience with the ability to identify and sell products based on customer needs
- 1 year of experience providing customer service, including identifying and resolving customer issues, assisting customers with locating products, greeting customers, answering phones, building relationships with customers, and thanking customers for their business
- Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law
