Job Summary
Drive Pro customer sales by proactively engaging Pro customers to identify current and future project opportunities, build relationships, and grow sales. Develop an understanding of Pro customers' project scope, timelines, dependencies, and material requirements to provide relevant solutions. Create and manage quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders, and deliveries aligned to the Pro project. Promote Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs to generate new Pro accounts, coordinating fulfillment and follow-up to ensure timely project completion. Leverage inventory programs and merchandising tools to win sales when product availability is an issue, and collaborate with salesfloor, fulfillment, and outside sales teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- External experience in customer-facing sales or Lowe's retail experience
- 1 year of sales experience with ability to identify and sell products based on customer needs
- 1 year of experience providing customer service, including identifying and resolving customer issues, assisting customers with locating products, greeting customers, answering phones, building relationships with customers, and thanking customers for their business
- Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law
