Full Time - Sales Specialist - ProServices - Day (Bilingual in Spanish Preferred)

Job Summary
Proactively engage Pro customers to identify project opportunities, build relationships, and drive sales growth by understanding their business needs and timelines. Create and manage quotes, blueprints, material lists, orders, and deliveries aligned to customer projects while promoting Pro Credit and Lowe's Loyalty Programs. Prospect for new accounts by walking the sales floor and reviewing Top Accounts, utilizing expanded inventory capabilities to win sales when items are unavailable. Coordinate fulfillment, delivery, and follow-up activities to ensure projects complete accurately and on time, maintaining a safe, clean, and organized Pro Desk. Partner with salesfloor, fulfillment, and outside sales teams to deliver a seamless customer experience while leveraging training platforms to improve skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- General Studies
- External experience in customer-facing sales
- 6 months of Lowe's retail experience
- 1 year of sales experience
- Ability to identify and sell products based on customer needs
- 1 year of experience providing customer service
- Ability to identify and resolve customer issues
- Assisting customers with locating products
- Greeting customers
- Answering phones
- Building relationships with customers
- Thanking customers for their business
- Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as required by law
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Associate degree
- 1 year of experience entering and submitting customer sales orders
- Experience with special-order sales orders
- 1 year of experience identifying and selling products based on customer needs or plans
- 1 year experience following up on outstanding or incomplete customer orders, sales, or installs
- 1 year of experience promoting product-related services and plans
- 1 year of experience in a sales environment with required sales goals or metrics
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Working knowledge of Teams
- Professional certification related to the specialist's department
