Job Summary
Sales Specialist at Lowe's actively engages customers throughout the store to understand needs, explains product specifications, features, and financing options, and collaborates to close sales. Responsibilities include discussing project needs, providing estimates, scheduling installer visits, processing and tracking orders/installations, pricing reviews per policy, training and coaching associates, and supporting checkout and in-store operations while focusing on department-specific roles such as Flooring. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months of Lowe’s retail experience
- 1 year of experience in sales or customer service in a sales environment with required sales goals or metrics
- Able to Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
- Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods
- Minimally lift 25lbs
- Obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by state (Lowe's will support and fund this)
