Job Summary
Sales Specialist at Lowe's focused on Cabinets and home-improvement products. Engage customers to understand project needs, explain product specifications, features, and financing options, and help close sales. Provide project estimates and coordinate installer visits, support checkout, and assist in training teammates. Roles may be in departments such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Millwork, and more; requires customer-facing sales experience and the ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months of Lowe’s retail experience (Or 3 years of external experience in customer-facing sales or 18 months of Lowe’s retail experience if education requirement is not met)
- 1 year of experience in sales or customer service in a sales environment with required sales goals or metrics
- Able to Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to stand and sit for prolonged periods
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
- Obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law in your state (Lowe's will support and fund this requirement)
