Job Summary
Sales Specialist at Lowe's in the Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Millwork, Fashion Plumbing, Outlet, Tool Rental, Pro, or Windows & Walls departments. You will actively engage customers, understand project needs, explain product specifications and promotions, and help close sales by presenting financing options. Responsibilities include providing SMART customer service, serving as point of contact for customers and vendors, preparing project estimates, scheduling installer visits, processing and tracking orders/installations, maintaining pricing and documentation, supporting checkout functions, and training department associates. The role may involve external accounts and outside sales in the Pro department, inventory monitoring, and collaboration with vendors and other stores. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and customer-facing sales experience with sales goals or metrics. Travel is not required; working conditions may vary by location and outdoor/indoor environments are possible.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months of Lowe’s retail experience
- 1 year of experience in sales or customer service in a sales environment with required sales goals or metrics
