Job Summary
Sales Specialist in Appliances at Lowe's, actively engaging customers in-store to understand project needs, explain product specifications, promotions, and financing options, and guide purchases. Responsible for serving as product expert within the department (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Millwork, Fashion Plumbing, etc.), coordinating with vendors for estimates and installer visits, processing orders and installations, maintaining pricing and inventory, training and coaching colleagues, and supporting sales goals and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months of Lowe’s retail experience
- 1 year of experience in sales or customer service in a sales environment with required sales goals or metrics
- Able to Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic
