Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by managing opening and closing procedures, securing cash, and ensuring all crew members deliver the B.E.S.T. customer service experience. Direct staff training on product knowledge, store policies, and operational procedures while driving sales through optimized merchandising and expense control. Handle urgent issues as Manager on Duty, assist with receiving and organizing new stock, and perform store maintenance tasks including cleaning and stocking. Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Minimum 1 years of management experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures
- Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs
- Must be able to place and remove merchandise up to a height of 5-10 feet
- Must be able to ascend and descend ladders
- Must be able to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop
- Must be able to communicate and exchange information with customers on the telephone and face-to-face
- Must be able to perform all essential job functions in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws
