Job Summary
Sales Lead position at Chico’s; responsible for supporting management in promoting a customer- and product-focused sales culture, driving store operations, supervising sales associates, coaching and training on product knowledge, clienteling and wardrobing, ensuring MAPS service standards, and achieving sales and profitability goals in a retail environment. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred; 18+; strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; able to adapt to technology and store operations. Located at Philadelphia Premium Outlets / Pottstown, PA with in-person working arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
- Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate with customers
- Regular attendance and flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
