Full Time - Sales Associate - Tools - Day

As a Full Time Sales Associate at Lowe's, you will welcome customers to Lowe's, help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs, and provide friendly, professional customer service. You will interact with customers throughout the day, assist with locating and handling merchandise, replenish stock, process orders and deliveries, and potentially rotate to other departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, Pro Services) based on hiring needs and skills. Daily responsibilities include guiding customers through shopping or checkout, answering questions, and supporting store operations. You may also load merchandise, prepare department-specific tasks (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut wood, drywall, blinds), and cross-train in other areas to deliver excellent customer service. Minimum qualifications include basic computer and retail technology proficiency, basic reading/writing/arithmetic, ability to stand or sit for extended periods, and the ability to lift at least 25 pounds. This role emphasizes customer engagement, product knowledge, teamwork, and flexibility to support multiple departments as needed.
