Job Summary
Customer Service Associate at Lowe's focused on welcoming customers, helping them locate and select products across departments such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, delivering friendly service, assisting with locating merchandise, restocking shelves, processing orders and deliveries, and cross-training in other areas to enhance store-wide customer service. Daily duties may vary by department and include preparing merchandise (e.g., tinting/mixing paint, cutting/packing materials), guiding customers through shopping or checkout, and performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
