Job Summary
Drive business by recruiting clients, developing their loyalty, and achieving sales objectives while presenting the Maison's universe, history, and creations to grow client expertise. Offer an outstanding experience through personalized relationships, anticipating needs, and providing after-sales services and care advice to all visitors. Serve every client by answering requests, mastering in-store tools, and following commercial policies to contribute to operational excellence. Actively participate in the day-to-day boutique life to foster a positive team spirit. This role supports the Boutique's transformation into a redefined client experience within Van Cleef & Arpels' heritage.
