Greet customers entering and throughout the store, proactively assist them in solving problems, and ensure all pages and calls are answered promptly. Perform receiving, checking in, and stocking of merchandise while maintaining back stock levels and operating a forklift with proper training. Maintain a clean and orderly sales floor, stock room, and outdoor merchandise area, including end caps and ad merchandise resets. Assist with price changes, special orders, and merchandise resets, ensuring signage is current throughout the store. Communicate store support, merchandising, cost control, or sales ideas to the General Manager and participate in store meetings. Work in a friendly, outgoing demeanor to provide personalized service based on the premise of amazing every customer, every time.
