Job Summary
Customer Service Associate at Lowe's helping customers in home improvement departments. Welcome customers, answer questions, assist in locating and handling merchandise, load merchandise as needed, replenish stock, process orders and deliveries, and cross-train in various departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services).
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
- Certification in trade related to department (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, and lumber/building materials) (Preferred)
- Bilingual skills (Preferred)
