Job Summary
Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service. You will help customers find the right products and services for their home improvement needs, interact with customers throughout the day, occasionally load merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met. You may work in one of several departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services). You will process orders and deliveries, replenish stock, cross-train in other areas, and guide customers through shopping or checkout. Tasks may include tinting/mixing paint, cutting and threading pipe, cutting and bundling wood, cutting drywall, and cutting blinds; other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
