Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate at Lowe’s, you will welcome customers, help them locate and select products across departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, Pro Services), answer questions, provide friendly professional service, and assist with orders and deliveries. You may load merchandise, replenish stock, and cross-train in other areas to ensure outstanding customer service. The role emphasizes listening to customers, guiding them through shopping or checkout, and supporting store operations while maintaining flexibility to work in various departments. Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
