Job Summary
As a Lowe's Customer Service Associate, you welcome customers, help them find the right products and services for home improvements, and provide friendly, professional service across departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services). Daily tasks include directing customers, locating merchandise, stocking shelves, processing orders and deliveries accurately, and collaborating across store teams; opportunities to cross-train in other areas and support customers from shopping to checkout. Proven comfort using computers and retail technology, strong basic math, and the ability to stand for extended periods are needed, along with the physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds with team lifts as required.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
