Job Summary
Customer Service/ Sales Associate at Lowe's, supporting Lowe's Pro Services. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, helping them find products and services for home improvement, answering questions, processing orders and deliveries, stocking merchandise, and assisting across departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services). Requires listening to customers, guiding shopping or checkout, and performing other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
- Preferred Qualifications 6 months of Retail and/or customer service experience
- Bi-lingual skills
- Certification in trade related to department (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, and lumber/building materials)
