Job Summary
Customer Service Associate at Lowe's in the Plumbing department. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, helping them find and select products, assisting with locating and handling merchandise, stocking shelves, processing orders and deliveries, and cross-training in other areas to ensure excellent customer service. The role involves assisting customers throughout the day, answering questions, guiding shopping or checkout, and performing other duties as assigned across departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services).
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology
- Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
- Able to perform duties with standing and lifting 25lbs or more
