Job Summary
Customer Service Associate at Lowe's delivering friendly, professional service to customers across departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, and more). Responsibilities include welcoming customers, helping them locate products, answering questions, assisting with merchandise selection, replenishing stock, processing orders and deliveries accurately, and cross-training in other areas to ensure great customer experiences. Demonstrates product knowledge related to plumbing and home improvement, assists with loading merchandise when needed, and supports store operations and checkout processes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
