Job Summary
Customer Service Associate at Lowe's responsible for welcoming customers, helping them locate and select merchandise across departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, Pro Services), answering questions, processing orders accurately, restocking shelves, and delivering friendly service. Role involves assisting customers with product recommendations, occasional merchandise handling, and cross-training in other areas to ensure high-quality customer service. The position emphasizes helping customers solve home improvement challenges and contributing to store operations with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
