Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate at Lowe's, you will welcome customers and help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs. Responsibilities include assisting customers in locating merchandise, answering questions, organizing stock, processing orders and deliveries, and potentially loading merchandise. You may work across departments such as Paint, Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, and more, with opportunities to cross-train in other areas. The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge (e.g., tint and mix paint, hardware, plumbing, electrical), teamwork, and flexibility in daily duties. Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
